Tenants and Renters

New homeowners or landlords bringing in new tenants should contact the Village Clerk's office at 989-674-2244 to update billing information.  When the responsibility of the water, sewer and trash accounts is to be in a new tenant's name, a $250 deposit will be required along with the Renter Responsible Party Form and a copy of the signed lease.

Renter Responsible Party

The bulk water vendor is located on the south side of the DPW building.  The vendor takes cash and coins and does not provide change.  You will need your own 4" pipe to access.
