The Clerk maintains all official Village records, ordinances, resolutions and minutes. Keeps the corporate seal of the Village, signs warrants and licenses, publishes and records all of the Village ordinances, under the seal of the Village, provides certified copies of Village papers and records, oaths and affirmations, files all signed contracts, responsible for Village payroll and serves as Secretary to the Village Council. Additionally, the Clerk’s office handles the utility billing (sewer, water and trash), accounts payable, and monthly financial reporting.

All elections for the Village of Unionville residents are handled through Columbia Township. All Village residents vote at Columbia Township Hall.
